Michael Weissman
Michael Weissman is a six-time founder, seven-time CEO, author, inventor, and product-market-fit strategist with four decades of experience solving complex innovation and go-to-market problems. He has helped generate more than $1 billion in revenue growth, developed innovations recognized by nine U.S. patents, and earned more than 50 marketing and creative awards while advising organizations including Apple, Amazon, and Adobe. Michael is also the co-author of The Paradox of Excellence, published by Jossey-Bass and translated into seven languages. Drawing on both significant successes and hard-earned lessons from building and leading startups, he founded the Product Market Fit Institute to give entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations a more rigorous, evidence-based way to identify demand, reduce the cost of failure, and bring valuable ideas successfully into the world.
Larry Friedberg
Larry Friedberg is a founder, go-to-market strategist, and experienced operating executive who helps startups and established companies translate promising products into market adoption and growth. As Founder and Principal of 380WEST, he advises organizations on marketing, sales, positioning, and commercialization; his earlier leadership roles include Chief Marketing Officer of Modria and senior trust and safety positions at eBay and PayPal. At eBay and PayPal, Larry helped launch online dispute-resolution systems that processed approximately 60 million disputes annually, demonstrating his ability to bring complex, high-impact solutions to scale. He brings the board a valuable combination of entrepreneurial judgment, executive leadership, and practical expertise in product positioning, customer trust, and go-to-market execution.
Tim Allen
Tim Allen brings more than three decades of business, entrepreneurial, investment, and nonprofit leadership experience to the board. Before becoming President of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, he built companies as a founder, evaluated and supported emerging businesses as a venture investor, and advised organizations on strategy and growth. Today, he helps lead one of the country’s most innovative responses to chronic homelessness, translating private-sector experience into sustainable, mission-driven impact. His unusual perspective—spanning founder, funder, adviser, and nonprofit executive—gives him a practical understanding of how organizations achieve product-market fit while remaining accountable to the people they serve.
Dave Mosby
Dave Mosby is an entrepreneur, investor, educator, and fundraising adviser who has trained more than 500 entrepreneurs to communicate with investors, access capital, and build fundable companies. As President of E2I Academy and formerly Executive Director of Keiretsu Forum Academy, he has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship and investment for decades, helping founders understand what investors need to believe before committing their resources. His programs emphasize practical preparation, persuasive investor communication, and the disciplined alignment of an enterprise’s strategy, market opportunity, and capital requirements. Dave brings the board deep expertise in founder education, fundraising readiness, and the persistent obstacles that prevent promising innovations from reaching the market.
Gillian Muessig
Gillian Muessig is a venture capitalist, serial entrepreneur, and internationally recognized adviser to early-stage companies. She co-founded Moz, helping transform it from a digital-marketing blog and consultancy into one of the world’s leading marketing-software companies, and later co-founded MastersFund, a venture fund investing in technology companies led by women. Through MastersFund and Outlines Venture Group, Gillian has helped thousands of companies launch, grow, pivot, raise capital, and prepare for successful exits. Her experience on both sides of the investment table gives her an exceptional understanding of how founders establish market relevance, build scalable organizations, and align capital with sustainable growth.
